Mentorship Program Tries to Break School-to-Prison Pipeline for Juvenile Girls

IU Professor Theresa Ochoa developed HOPE, a mentorship program at the Madison Juvenile Correctional Facility, Indiana’s only maximum-security detention center for girls.
