Local Farmers Prepare for Spring Market Season

Knowing where your food comes from is more important than ever. With the first Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market of the season on Saturday (and markets in Ellettsville and Smithville starting soon), getting to know the farmers who produce it is easier than ever. Teens Explore Their ‘Sense of Place’ in Video Project

Students at Bloomington’s Academy of Science and Entrepreneurship have completed a class project that challenged them to choose a location and reflect on what it means to them. Then they each made a video to express that location’s “sense of place.” They’ve shared their work with Limestone Post, and the results are powerful. Click here to watch and learn.
