Matt Flaherty is a professional runner, a freelance writer, and a coach with the personalized run coaching website Ekiden.com. A lifelong runner and outdoor enthusiast, he loves trail running and adventuring around the world as well as close to home. Favorite adventures include trail racing and fast-packing in Chilean Patagonia and a summer working in and exploring Glacier National Park.
